What we do not collect

We do not operate a backend server, database, or user account system for this tool. The testator, family, beneficiary, executor, witness, and asset details you enter are processed entirely within your own browser and are never transmitted to us, to our hosting providers (GitHub Pages / Cloudflare Pages), or to any third party.

Optional local storage

If you explicitly enable "local draft storage," your draft is saved using your browser's local storage or IndexedDB, on your device only. You can delete it at any time from the drafting screen or via Privacy Settings. Clearing your browser data will also delete it.

Optional analytics

If enabled by the site administrator and you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymous, aggregate usage (for example, how many people reach the review screen). We only ever send a fixed, pre-approved list of event names — never Will content, names, addresses, or financial details.

Optional advertising

If enabled by the site administrator and you consent, we may show Google AdSense advertisements on informational pages such as the homepage or FAQ. Advertisements are never shown on the drafting screens, the review screen, or your generated Will.

Your choices

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time via the "Privacy Settings" link in the footer, disable analytics or advertising individually, and delete any locally stored draft.

This is a static, community-style project. If a contact address is configured, it will be shown in the site footer or About page.
